Ning Haijun, a native of Chunhua County,Shaanxi Province, with a Master’s Degree in pedagogy, was recruited in July 1995. He joined the CPC in January 1995.He is now a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of XYNU.
Ning used to be the deputy secretary of the Party branch and deputy director of the PE Departemnt of XYNU; secretary of the League Committee of the University;secretary of the first party branch of the administrative body and deputy director of the Party Organization Department;member of the Party Committee, director of the Party Organization Department and deputy director of the Party School;member of the Party Committee, director of the Party Publicity Department and spokesman of XYNU. In December 2024, he was appointed as a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of XYNU.
Ning Haijun is in charge of the Party Committee of Support System, Infrastructure Office, Security Office (Armed Department of the Party Committee), and Affiliated High School (Affiliated Primary School). He coordinates School of Mathematics and Statistics and School of Yu Youren Calligraphy.
