Wang Changshun, a native of Qianxian County, Shaanxi Province, Ph.D. in literature, professor. He started working in July 1991 and joined the CPC in April 1991. Currently, he is the Deputy Secretary of the CPC XYNU Committee and President.
Wang previously held positions at XYNU, successively serving as Deputy Director of the Office, Director of the International Exchange Office (Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions of China), Dean of the International Exchange School, Director of the Science and Technology Office (Xianyang Development Research Institute), Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC XYNU Committee and Vice President.
Wang Changshun Presides over the overall administration at XNU. He is in charge of the Development Planning and Discipline Construction Office (Master Degree Authorization Office), the Finance Department, and the Audit Department. He also serves as the liaison with the School of Geography and Environment and the School of Education Science.
Since September 2023, Wang has been serving as the Deputy Secretary of the CPC XYNU Committee and President.He has served as the Party Secretary since April 2025.
