Li Jiaorui, a native of Weinan, Shaanxi Province, Ph.D. in Science, professor. He started working in July 1995 and had joined the CPC in December 1993. Currently, he is the Deputy Secretary of the CPC XYNU Committee and President.
Li previously held positions at Xi’an University of Finance and Economics, successively serving as Vice Dean of the School of Statistics, Director of the Experimental and Practical Training Teaching Management Center, Dean of the School of Statistics, Member of the CPC XUFE Committee and Vice President, and also Member of the CPC XUFE Committee and Vice President after NUFE’s upgrade to a university.
Li Jiaorui presides over the overall administration at XYNU. He is in charge of the Development Planning and Discipline Construction Office (Graduate School, Graduate Student Affairs Office), Personnel Department（the Party Committee Teacher Work Department, Talent Exchange Center, Teacher Development Center), and the Audit Department. He also serves as the liaison with the School of Music and the School of Physics and Electronic Engineering.
Since September 2025, Li has been serving as the Deputy Secretary of the CPC XYNU Committee and President.
