Mao Longcan, a native of Zhen’an County, Shaanxi Province, M.Ed., professor. He started working in July 1990 and joined the CPC in May 1989. He is currently the Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC XYNU Committee and Vice President.
Mao previously held positions at XYNU, successively serving as Deputy Director of the Undergraduate Teaching Level Evaluation Office, Deputy Director of the Personnel Department and Director of the Talent Exchange Center, Party Secretary of the Foreign Languages Department, Director of the Party Committee Office, Director of the President’s Office, and Director of the Personnel Department.
Mao Longcan is in charge of the Security System Party Committee, the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange (Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions of China), the Library (Archives), the School of Continuing Education (Xianyang Open University), and the Training School (School of Teacher and Cadre Education). He serves as the liaison with the School of History and Culture, the School of International Education, and the Vocational and Technical College (Qindu Academy).
Since July 2016, Mao has been the Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC XYNU Committee and Vice President.
