Chi Jianfeng holds a university education and a Bachelor of Science degree. He commenced his career in September 1991 and joined the Communist Party of China in April 1997. At present, he serves as Member, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Xianyang Normal University Committee and Secretary of the University Commission for Discipline Inspection.
Prior to his current appointment, Chi Jianfeng held a series of successive positions at the Xianyang Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, including Discipline Inspection and Supervision Staff at the section level, Deputy Director of the Education Research Office, Director of the 3rd Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office, Director of the Party Conduct and Integrity Development Division, and Director of the Party Conduct, Work Style and Supervision Division. He also served as Member of the Standing Committee of Xianyang Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, Deputy Director of Xianyang Municipal Supervision Bureau, Deputy Secretary of Xianyang Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, Deputy Director of Xianyang Municipal Supervisory Commission, and Third-Class Senior Supervisor.
He has taken up his current posts as Member, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Xianyang Normal University Committee and Secretary of the XYNU Discipline Inspection Commission since June 2026. He presides over the overall work of the XYNU Discipline Inspection Commission and is in charge of the university’s discipline inspection and supervision body.
