Yuan Ye, a native of Binzhou County, Shaanxi Province, MPA. He started working in July 1992 and joined the CPC in May 1990. Currently, Yuan is the Deputy Secretary of the CPC XYNU Committee.
Yuan previously held positions at XYNU, successively serving as Deputy Director of Educational Administration office, Deputy Director of the Admissions Office, Deputy Director of the Admissions and Employment Office (in charge of the office), Deputy Director of the Party Committee Office and President’s Office, Director of the Development Planning Office and Director of the Party Committee Research Office, Secretary of the Direct Party Branch of the Academic Affairs Office, Deputy Minister and Minister of the Organization Department of the Party Committee, and Member of the Discipline Inspection Commission.Yuan Ye is in charge of the Publicity Department, the United Front Work Department, the Retirement Work Office, the Trade Union, and the Infrastructure Office. He also serves as the liaison with the School of Literature and Communication, the School of Marxism, and the Yu Youren Calligraphy School.
Since May 2018, Yuan has been serving as the Deputy Secretary of the CPC XYNU Committee.
