Zhou Qunying, a native of Shangnan County, Shaanxi Province, Ph.D. in Science, professor. She started working in July 1997 and joined the CPC in June 2001. Zhou is currently the Deputy Secretary of the CPC XYNU Committee.
Zhou previously held positions at Shaanxi Xueqian Normal University (formerly named as Shaanxi Institute of Education), successively serving as the Deputy Director of the Department of Humanities and Environment, Deputy Dean of the Faculty Training School, Party Secretary of the Department of Resources, Environment and Management, Director of the Scientific Research Office, Director of the Party and Government Office, and Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC SXNU Committee.
Zhou Qunying is in charge of the Party Committee of the administrative organs, the Party Committee Student Work Department (Student Affairs Office, Youth League Committee), the Admissions and Employment Office (Alumni Association Secretariat), and rural revitalization work. She also serves as the liaison with the School of Foreign Languages, the School of Computer Science, and the School of Design.
Since July 2020, Zhou has been serving as the Deputy Secretary of the CPC XYNU Committee.
