Zhao Xiao’en, a native of Changwu County, Shaanxi Province, university degree. He started working in September 1984 and joined the CPC in February 1990. He is currently the Deputy Secretary of the CPC XYNU Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, as well as the Supervisor of the Supervision Office of the Provincial Supervisory Commission stationed at XYNU.
Zhao previously held positions at Changwu County, successively serving as Deputy Township Head, Deputy Party Secretary, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the People’s Government of Dizhang Township, Deputy Party Secretary and Township Head of Jujia, Party Secretary of Mazhai Township, Party Secretary of Zhaoren Town, Deputy Director of the Office of the Changwu County Committee, Deputy Director of the Government Office, and Director of the Investment Promotion Bureau. He then serves as Deputy County Head of Wugong County; Member of the Standing Committee and Deputy County Head of Yongshou County. Later on, he had positions in Xianyang City, serving as Deputy Secretary-General (at the county level) and Member of the Party Group of the Government Office, Party Secretary and Director of the Environmental Protection Bureau and Party Secretary and Director of the Ecological Environment Bureau, Member of the Party Group, Secretary-General, Party Secretary of the Government Office, Director of the Government Office, and Second-Level Inspector of the People’s Government of Xianyang City.
